OUR STORY
Angela, Emily & Chase | Founders
We started where you are.
We started as agents, with sales experience in some capacity, looking for a better life, not just a better job. We wanted more freedom, more control over our time, the ability to build consistent income, and a better future for ourselves and our families.
Through life insurance, we discovered the opportunity to serve families, help create financial protection and generational legacy, and build something that actually matters.
But we noticed a gap.
There are plenty of places to sell insurance. What we wanted was an environment where agents could receive the support, mentorship, systems, structure, and leadership development needed to actually build.
Our mission is simple: give agents the right vehicle, the right environment, and the right support to turn their goals into something real.
THE OPPORTUNITY
What You’ll Do
✔️ Help individuals and families find life insurance solutions that fit their needs
✔️ Work with multiple carriers and product options
✔️ Conduct sales calls remotely
✔️ Build and manage your own book of business
✔️ Develop long-term client relationships and referral opportunities
You Don't Need Insurance Experience.
We provide the structure, training, systems, and support. You bring the work ethic, coachability, and willingness to grow.
Don't Chase Cold Leads
Our agents work with inbound, pre-screened calls from people who have already expressed interest in life insurance.
INBOUND CALL → APPLICATION → COMMISSION
Agents have access to company-provided leads, with the option to purchase additional leads depending on their compensation structure.
Our current inbound call experience has produced approximately a 20% sales conversion rate from answer → close.

WHEREVER YOU’RE STARTING,
THERE’S A PLACE FOR YOU
TWO WAYS IN
NEW TO INSURANCE
You don’t need experience. You need work ethic.
Life insurance is a real profession, and we'll teach you how to build the foundation instead of throwing you into the deep end and calling it “training.” If you’re consistent, coachable, honest and willing to grow — we’ll handle the rest.
✓ Step-by-step guidance through licensing
✓ Training, scripts & mentorship
✓ Company-provided inbound opportunities at our starting compensation level
✓ A 1099 business you can actually grow
ALREADY IN SALES OR INSURANCE
Maybe you're already licensed. Maybe you've been selling for years. Maybe you're just tired of feeling like you're building someone else's business while your own goals stay on the back burner.
You don't need another motivational speech. You need more control, better support, and a model that gives you room to build.
✓ Access to multiple carriers
✓ Independent 1099 structure
✓ Company-provided opportunities while you build
✓ Higher compensation levels with the option to invest in your own leads
MORE THAN TRAINING
We don't just hand you a script and send you to work.
We built a system designed to help you learn the business, develop the habits, build real client relationships, and eventually create a business of your own.
Training. Systems. Mentorship. Relationships.
HOW COMMISSION WORKS
How the money actually works.
We’re not here to throw around income claims or show you a commission percentage without explaining what it means.
You should understand exactly how you get paid before you ever write your first policy.
Phoenix Valor agents are independent 1099 contractors. You’re paid through carrier commissions based on the business you write, with contract levels currently ranging from 30%–85%, depending on your contract and production.
-
When you help a client apply for coverage and the policy is issued, the carrier pays a commission based on the policy's premium and your contracted commission level.
Here’s a simple example:
$100/month premium
= $1,200 annual premium
× 50% commission
= $600 gross commissionActual compensation varies by carrier, product, premium, and contract level.
-
Carriers advance a portion of your first-year commission when a policy is issued rather than paying it month by month.
That means you receive a significant portion of the commission upfront.
The flip side?
If a policy lapses or cancels early, the carrier may charge back some or all of the advanced commission.
That's why we don't just teach you how to make the sale. We teach you how to write business that stays on the books.
-
At your starting compensation level, agents receive company-provided inbound opportunities at no lead cost.
As you build experience, you have the option to move into higher compensation levels and take more control over your own lead investment.
So you can choose between:

→ Build confidence

Higher compensation level

→ Build your own production
